Needed for a background check on any person applying for Employment, or as a Tenant. Required by FCRA.
3. BCPro Credit Release Form
This form must be signed by the applicant in order to run a credit report. Required by FCRA.

To get a MVR report from any of these states you must have the applicant sign the form and it must be faxed to BCP at 601-450-2292 or 877-450-2292.
